After all, we're members of the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF), the Conservatory Association, The Guild of Master Craftsmen and FENSA so our craftsmen and installers adhere to a strict 'Code of Practice' which includes tidying up, inside and out, at the end of each working day at your home. You can also be sure that any query or problem will be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Since October 2010 we have been sending Customer Surveys to every customer on completion of their installation. The survey asks customers to rate Glevum on a scale of 1 to 7 (where 7 is strongly agree) against 14 statements geared to measuring how we are performing. Since these surveys have begun the average score has been an impressive 6.4.
