At Glevum we pride ourselves on the quality of the materials we use
and the expertise of our installers. These factors combined regularly
result in us exceeding our customers expectations.
In 2010 we introduced a customer survey that we send to each and every
customer, once their job has been completed. We are so confident in
the results that we will publish the results of these surveys here.
The latest results from the surveys are from September. We ask each
customer to rate the Glevum service against 14 quality statements
e.g. Glevum's work was good value for money and the customer then
states their opinion on a 7 point scale ranging from "Strongly
Agree" to "Strongly disagree" (strongly agree scores 7 and strongly
disagree scores 1). The average score across all questions and all
forms returned in September was 6.1.
