We are currently recruiting for two new permanent Customer Service Administrators to join our small and friendly team based in our purpose built premises in Broadoak, near Newnham on Severn.
The roles will be varied and will involve both answering incoming and making outgoing calls to our existing customers and potential customers for the sales and service departments. You will also have responsibility for maintaining our database and providing administrative support for our service engineers.
We provide our customers with exceptional customer service and all applicants must possess an excellent, confident telephone manner. Experience within a busy sales/service/ tele-sales environment would be a distinct advantage. This position can be both full time and part time to the right individuals. A knowledge of CRM/Sage 200 would also be an advantage although full training will be given. As well as an opportunity to work with an expanding, family run company, we offer an attractive and competitive salary with commission, 20 days holiday per annum (plus one extra day for every year of service to a maximum of 25).
